Intern Experiences
The Institute for Predictive Performance Methodologies sponsors and leads education and outreach programs for a wide range of clients from undergraduate students to practicing engineers and scientists. Student internships are offered in related fields including nanomanufacturing, adhesive bonding, self-healing materials, machine learning and artificial intelligence assisted data interpretations, materials aging, and durability and damage tolerance.
IPPM Best Intern Award
Every semester the IPPM group elects one candidate from the group of interns to receive the IPPM Best Intern Award. This decision proves difficult as every semester we have multiple candidate that excel in their projects. Our most recent recipient is:
